For those who are not yet familiar with the Megaways engine, Desperados Wild follows the (by now) well known special features of this revolutionary mechanics. During each spin the slot displays 2 to 7 symbols per reel, with an ever-dynamic outcome. The number of Megaways is calculated by multiplying the number of symbols appearing on reel one by the number of symbols appearing on reel two, and so on. The maximum number of Megaways possible in this innovative video-slot is 117.649.

The setting of the game is the Far West and the adventures of bandits trying to rob trains. The higher paying symbols of the slot are all about train robberies: pistols, dynamite and Whisky bottles. The Wild symbol represents one of the four bandits - it’s a lucky symbol which substitutes itself to all symbols (but the scatter) to create winning combos. The Bonus symbol acts as a scatter, if you get three or more of those on your reels you trigger the special free spins feature (more about it later)!

It has a fun approach to the Wild West theme and we also appreciate the possibility of choosing between two options when it comes to free spins, the most exiting part of playing slots.

The slot does feel a lot like Bonanza, and presents many features we have seen in previous Megaways Slots, that’s why we don’t think it highly innovative. Despite its shortcomings, the slot is fantastically designed and provides a great gaming experience, that’s why we recommend you play it!
